Our
Story

Whats our Why?
We built FitBoss because we’ve been where you are—juggling work, family, and trying to stay healthy. We know that fitness isn’t just about looking good; it’s about having the energy to keep up with life.
Our ‘why’ is simple: we make fitness work for real people with real responsibilities. Whether it's helping parents rebuild strength, guiding busy professionals through efficient training, or creating a space where you come first, we’re here for you.
FitBoss is more than a gym—it’s a solution for your lifestyle.

Certified Fitness Trainer
We’re Stephanie & Ross, a husband and wife team of personal trainers and nutrition coaches, and yes— we’re also juggling three tornadoes under 7. So, we know a thing or two about being short on time (and sleep!).
We believe fitness and nutrition should fit into your busy life, not take it over.
Our approach? Lets cut the fat! Whether you’re looking to get stronger, lose weight, or just not feel exhausted all the time, we’ll help you get it done—quickly and effectively. We get straight to what works, and have a laugh along the way!

From rugby pitches to athletics tracks—and now the world of BJJ—I’ve always been big into sport. But nothing prepared me for the fitness demands of raising three small humans!
As a mum of three, I get how hard it can be to prioritise your own health when you’re running on coffee and chaos. That’s why I specialise in pre & postnatal fitness and women’s health—helping mums feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies again.
Real-life training that fits around naps, school runs, and everything in between.

I’ve played just about every sport going—GAA, rugby, golf, athletics, BJJ… you name it, I’ve probably pulled a hamstring doing it. After 15 years in a desk job and juggling family life, I know exactly how easy it is for lads to fall into the "I'll get fit next week" trap.
Now, I help busy men ditch the dad bod, boost their energy, and feel strong again—without spending hours in the gym or surviving on chicken and broccoli. Real training for real life.
